24 corn tortillas or
tacos
2 cups Cooked shredded chicken
2 cups Chopped lettuce
2 cups Chopped tomatoes
1 cup Chopped onions
1-1/2 cup Grated cheddar cheese
For
Guacamole
1 avocado
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Tabasco sauce
Method
Warm tortillas
in the microwave.
In a bowl, prepare
guacamole by mashing the avocado, and add garlic
powder and Tabasco sauce to taste.
Place tortillas in a
plate. Add chicken, tomatoes, onion, lettuce.
Add the guacamole and
finally garnish with cheese.
